Laying the Foundation Stone of Genista Headquarters

In the presence of the Mayor of Hesperange, Mr. Marc Lies, the managing partners of Genista, established in 2017 from the merger of Sanichaufer and Electro Security, have laid the foundation stone for their new headquarters, which will unite their teams on a single site.
The construction of the building, featuring a showroom, offices, and a storage hall spanning 4,000 m², has begun on a 57-are site in Fentange. While the building design has been entrusted to Swenen Architecture & Design, the reception and showroom areas have been designed by the Dagli+ architectural studio.
The building will be equipped with photovoltaic cells to contribute to its electricity needs. The heating and cooling for air conditioning will be powered by geothermal energy. The BBB-certified building will have an energy balance close to zero and showcase Genista's expertise in mastering "all techniques" in sustainable construction.
The building will be ready to accommodate all Genista activities by early May 2020.
