Project KIEM: A new reference for Genista

"Kiem" is a renovation project planned for late 2019, transforming commercial offices into a hotel residence. It includes 86 apartments ranging from 30 to 50 m², a lobby, and a fitness room. Thanks to our multi-technical expertise, our teams were able to respond to this tender for the project developed by Oscar Luxembourg.
