Electrical site manager
Permanent Contract – M/F/X – Sector: ELECTRICITY – Location: Fentange
Your missions
We are looking for an Electrical Site Manager. You are responsible for the organization, monitoring, and coordination of electrical work on site, in direct connection with the project manager and the field teams. You ensure the smooth progress of the sites, respecting deadlines, the quality of installations, and safety regulations.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and monitor the execution of electrical sites
- Coordinate the teams of electricians and subcontractors on site
- Ensure the proper completion of LV/HV installations
- Control the progress of work and adherence to the schedule
- Read and use plans, diagrams, and technical documents
- Ensure the quality of execution and compliance of installations
- Participate in site meetings and provide reporting
- Manage material needs and anticipate supplies
- Apply and enforce safety instructions on site
- Be the main contact on site for the different stakeholders
Your profile
- Training in electricity or electrotechnics (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building or industrial electricity
- Significant experience in site management desired
- Good knowledge of CFO/CFA electrical installations
- Ability to organize, anticipate, and manage multiple teams
- Leadership, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Driver's license B desired
