HVAC site manager

Your tasks
We are looking for an HVAC Site Manager. You are responsible for the organization, monitoring, and coordination of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work on site. You supervise the field teams and ensure the proper execution of installations in compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety regulations.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on HVAC projects from start to handover
- Coordinate the teams of installers and subcontractors on site
- Supervise the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Check the quality of the work and the compliance of the installations
- Ensure the follow-up of the schedule and the progress of the work
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical documents
- Participate in site meetings and provide reporting
- Manage material needs and anticipate supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions on site
- Be the main point of contact on site with the various stakeholders
Your profile
- Education in climate engineering, thermal engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in HVAC and site management
- Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Experience in team management desired
- Ability to organize, anticipate, and manage priorities
- Leadership, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Driving license B desired
