Multi-Skills Maintenance Technician (M/F)
Permanent contract – M/F/X – Department: Maintenance and After-Sales Service – Location: Fentange
We are looking for a Multi-Skills Maintenance Technician. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance of the technical equipment in the buildings (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity) while carrying out multi-technical interventions and small jobs.
You will make sure the installations run smoothly, safety standards are respected, and our clients are satisfied.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and electrical installations
- Diagnose breakdowns and carry out repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, and electrical installations
- Perform inspections, adjustments, and commissioning to optimize the performance of installations
- Carry out small maintenance, refurbishment, and building improvement tasks
- Fill out intervention reports and ensure technical follow-up of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures, and quality requirements
- Maintain a trust-based relationship with clients and provide quality service
Your profile
- Technical training in electrotechnics, HVAC engineering, building maintenance, or equivalent
- Proven experience in multi-technical maintenance with a focus on HVAC and/or electricity
- Good knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and electrical installations
- Versatility, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and service mindset
- Driver's license (B) required
