New appointments to the Executive Committee

Genista announces the appointment of Yohann Murgia as Chief Executive Officer and Florence Zeller as Chief Financial Officer.

Yohann Murgia, with over 10 years of experience in business management, was a key person in the post-merger restructuring of Genista (Sanichaufer and Electro Security). He brings strategic vision and strong leadership to continue to grow the company and strengthen its market position. Under his leadership, Genista is committed to continuing to innovate and deliver quality solutions to its customers.

Florence Zeller brings strong financial and administrative experience, with expertise in budget management, financial planning and reporting. She plays a key role in managing the finances and will help ensure the long-term viability of the company. She is also responsible for the Human Resources department, working closely with Yohann.

Partners Nico Biever and Alain Wildanger, who have been in operational roles in the company until now, are now making way for Yohann and Florence as the new directors. They will continue to monitor the company's activity within the COmité de DIRection.
